My name is Simon, owner of NW Small Moving, a small BIPOC moving company based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I founded this company in 2016, and it has been a labor of love ever since.

Our journey has been filled with challenges and obstacles, but our passion for providing high-quality moving services to our clients has never wavered. In the early years, we started with a single truck and a small team of dedicated movers. We had to work hard to establish ourselves in a highly competitive market, but we never lost sight of our goal to become the most reliable and trustworthy moving company in the area.

Whether locally in the greater Seattle area, or cross-country to your desired destination, let us handle your next move!

  • Yes. We are a licensed, bonded and insured Washington State LLC.

  • We ask that you book our services at least three days in advance to ensure we can schedule your needs accordingly.

  • Our cancellation period is 48 hours prior to job start.

    We require a 50% deposit to book a job. This deposit is completely refundable if you cancel your booking 48 hours or more prior to your booked start time.

  • Our time starts when we get to the place of pickup. We have a 4-hour minimum charge, even if a job takes less than 4 hours to complete.

  • We have excellent insurance coverage that gives our customers piece of mind.

  • We handle delicate items with the utmost of care. We ask that you let us know beforehand when extra care is needed. If we are not packing for you, please provide extra packing materials for these specific instances.
