Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed, bonded and insured Washington State LLC.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We ask that you book our services at least three days in advance to ensure that we can schedule your needs accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation period is 48 hours prior to job start.
We require a 50% deposit to book a job. This deposit is completely refundable if you cancel your booking 48 hours or more prior to your booked start time.
How to you calculate the cost of a move?
Our time starts when we get to the place of pickup. We have a 4-hour minimum charge, even if a job takes less than 4 hours.
How do you handle disputes or claims for damaged items?
We have insurance coverage that gives our customers piece of mind.
How do you handle delicate or valuable items?
We handle delicate items with the utmost of care. We ask that you let us know beforehand when extra care is needed. Please provide extra packing materials for these specific instances.
